Why did my mailbox folder corrupt?
Sometimes your mailbox folders will disappear or can not open in
Outlook Express. We often found the error in our customers. So we
write some tips in here.
1. There is a limit
that your mailbox folder can not more than 2GB or your mailbox
folder is probably corrupted. We think it is a design error of
Microsoft Outlook Express Develop Group.
2.Please backup your mailbox every
several days or weeks.
3.Don't save your important mails
in the default folder "Inbox".
4.If your mailbox folder is
corrupted or damaged, you can use Accurate
Outlook Express Mail Expert to save or recover your valued mails
as soon as possible.
5.Sometimes you can try to solve
the question by compacting mailbox folder in Microsoft Outlook
Express. But we have to alert you because the compact method may be
delete or destroy mails in the mailbox folder. If you want use the
method, please choose the mailbox in Outlook Express. Then click
File->Folders->Compact.
Note: Sometimes the compact method
will destroy of delete your mails! |
